Farm visits and site assessments arranged nationwideWe are a small firm, and every enquiry is read and answered personally — there is no call centre and no automated system. If you do not hear from us as quickly as you expected, please call or send a WhatsApp message.
Where we work
We are based in Sierra Leone and work with farmers, groups and organisations across the country. Because our work is practical, most of it happens where the farming happens — on your land, at your pond, in your poultry house or at your group’s own site. Farm visits and site assessments are arranged nationwide, and we agree the arrangements with you in advance so that you know what to expect.
An engagement usually follows a simple path:
- You get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email and tell us what you are trying to do.
- We have a first conversation, free of charge, to understand your situation and what kind of help would be useful.
- We agree the scope of the work and provide a written quotation before anything begins.
- We carry out the work — training, site assessment, setup or advisory support — at a time that suits your season and your calendar.
- We stay reachable afterwards for follow-up technical support as your farm or project develops.

Frequently asked questions on contacting us
A few things people usually want to know before they get in touch.
We aim to reply within one business day. The quickest route is a call or a WhatsApp message during working hours, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. Messages that arrive late in the evening or on a Sunday are normally answered the next working day.
Yes. The first conversation about your needs — what you are trying to do, where your farm or group is, and what kind of help would be useful — is free of charge. If the work goes further than that, we provide a written quotation first, so you always know what you are agreeing to before anything begins.
No. We work with people at every stage. That includes a household keeping a few birds, someone preparing a first fish pond, a youth group starting a mushroom room, and larger farms and projects. What matters is not the size of the farm but knowing what you want to achieve, so that the advice fits your situation and your budget.
Both are possible, but the most useful visits are usually the ones where we come to you. Practical advice depends on seeing your soil, your water, your housing and your animals. Farm visits and site assessments are arranged nationwide, so tell us where you are and we will agree a suitable time and arrangement with you.
Yes. We work with farmer groups, youth groups, cooperatives, schools, community organisations and development projects, as well as individual farmers. Group training is usually planned around the group’s own calendar and can be held at your site, so that participants learn in conditions they recognise.
You are welcome to get in touch. We can advise by phone, WhatsApp or email, and much of the guidance on poultry, waste-to-feed, mushroom production, feed and farm planning can be discussed remotely. If a visit is needed, we will tell you honestly whether it is practical and how it could be arranged.
A few details make a real difference to the quality of our first reply:
- Your district or town, so we can judge distance and travel.
- What you are doing now — crops, poultry, pigs, fish, mushrooms, or nothing yet.
- What you would like to achieve, and over what sort of period.
- Whether you are asking for yourself, a family farm, a group or an institution.
- The best way and time to reach you, and whether WhatsApp is convenient.
A written quotation is provided before any paid work starts, setting out what is included so there are no surprises later. Nothing is charged until you have seen the quotation and agreed to it. If you would like to know how payment arrangements would work for your particular situation, ask us directly and we will explain it clearly along with the quotation.
